Brian's journey in practicing health and fitness began at age 14. He has dedicated his professional life to the help and guidance of others to achieve and share in the same results and rewards that he has attained from proper training, nutrition and psychology.
Before founding DENDRON body work, in 2017. Brian had the privilege to work for EQUINOX for 10 years. He was ranked one of the top coaches in the history of the company.
Brian's loyal client base consists of hard working men and women, old and young. From people enjoying their retirement looking to enhance and maintain quality of life; to parents with extremely demanding jobs, trying to juggle the demands of family, work, marriage while still taking the time to ensure they are addressing their own health and wellness needs. Being a father of a six year old Brian can completely identify with the selfless nature of parenthood and how important it is to actually remain healthy for your own family.
Brian's mission with the creation of DENDRON body work is to reach a vast diversified amount of people that are in need of training, nutrition and healthy lifestyle coaching. "Training delivered to you" enables us to reach a larger spectrum in the tri-state to people that are in need of help.

Tom has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and feels privileged to have been a positive building block in the lives of so many of his clients.
Tom applies his knowledge of the human body, bio mechanics and muscle anatomy in order to create an effective, challenging and safe program to assist his clients in reaching their goals.
Tom uses unique approaches to functional strength and conditioning and reinforces the importance of joint mobility and muscle stabilization.

Monica is committed to providing exceptional service to all of Dendron Bodywork’s clientele. With fifteen years of experience as a Corporate Project Manager, Monica knows what it takes to lead a team to success. Her approach is holistic, supportive, and collaborative. Our trainers all come with strengths that we appreciate, acknowledge and share with our clients. Our clients all come with needs and challenges to overcome and we are here to deliver the positive change in their lives that they desire.
Additionally, Monica is an experienced Interior Designer and offers her services to help create physical training spaces as needed.

Fran has competed at the Division III level for college basketball and track and field, he has spent countless hours on his own athletic training, and brings the same enthusiasm in training with his own clients.
Fran specializes in strength and conditioning, fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and athletic performance training. He is well-versed in behavior change coaching and sleep coaching. He has completed two marathons, countless Spartan races, is a college track and field champion, and currently training for a triathlon/Iron Man competition in 2019.

Ximena has been a personal trainer since 1998 and has always made health a fitness a part of her life since she started working out as a teenager. Ximena is experienced in traditional modalities, as well as more integrative, functional modalities. She’s a nationally certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF). She’s also certified in Power Plate, TRX and The BioMechanics Method for corrective exercises and has a vast knowledge of nutrition.
She tailors each session to meet her clients’ needs. Aiming to motivate them to leave their comfort zone in order to achieve optimal results. Ximena works with clients in all fitness levels, helping them to correct imbalances. She specializes in working with women who want to lose body fat and enhance their appearance by accentuating muscle development.

As an advocate for health and exercise within the field of fitness, I have found that the science of exercise truly meets the art of living a holistically healthy life. My background in working with people and horses in an athletically competitive environment has fueled my passion for personal training. Through travel, and equestrian coaching, I discovered my sentiment for helping people achieve their greatest physical and psychological potential. Furthermore, working in settings such as physical therapy clinics, college campuses, and state of the art equestrian centers exposed me to a diverse population of individuals.
